3 Days program

	Day 1	Day 2	Day 3
Morning	Departure from the place of origin. Travel to the Ebro Delta. Meeting with the guide at the PNDE Ecomuseum.	After having breakfast at the Hotel Rull we headed to Pont Lo Passador to enjoy a unique experience. Combined bike and kayak route leaving from the Sant Jaume pier and thanks to Riu a l’Ebre who will provide us with the bikes to go up the towpath and the kayaks to do the descent by kayak around the Isle of Gracia.	After having breakfast at the Hotel Rull we headed to the rice fields of Deltebre to enjoy the traditional experience around the world of rice with Delta Polet.
Midday	Lunch at Restaurant Casa Nuri	Lunch at Restaurant La Barraca	Lunch at Restaurant Deltaic.
Afternoon	After lunch we will enjoy a boat ride along the Ebro River. Thanks to the company Xarter Nàutic Eli we will discover the most hidden corners of Buda Island following the course of the Migjorn River as well as the imperious grandeur of the mouth of the Ebro. After the tour we can walk to the Zigurat to capture the sunset from the tower.	After lunch we will enjoy a visit to Kensho Sake, where we will learn about rice cultivation in the Delta. We will learn more about the process of making koji, sake and miso, and finally we will try 3 types of Kenshô sake accompanied by a tasting of miso, tamaris and amazake.	After eating we left for our place of origin.
Evening	Arrival at Hotel Rull. Check-in, accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.	End of the excursion. Return to the Hotel Rull. Dinner and accommodation.
