You arrive in Tortosa and, from the first moment, you understand that the Ebro is not just a landscape: it is the key to reading the city. You will walk through its streets, its walls and its Cathedral. From the Castillo de la Zuda, the view opens up and everything fits: the river, the city, the landscape and memory. The day culminates with a dinner with tasting of local products, where the territory is expressed through flavors, aromas and recipes with meaning.
