A journey to discover Tortosa through its history, its flavours and the people who keep the identity of the territory alive.
Here culture does not stop at monuments. It is in its streets, on the Ebro, in the market, in traditional recipes, in the rice of the Delta and in small spaces with memory, such as Chocolates CREO, where the flavour also tells a story.
For three days, Tortosa reveals itself in a leisurely and sensory way. First, from its heritage and its relationship with the river. Then, from the open landscape of the Delta, where the water and rice fields set the pace. And finally, from gastronomy and contact with local producers, which allow us to understand the territory from the inside.
You don’t just come to visit Tortosa. You come to savor it, interpret it and be part of its story.

You arrive in Tortosa and discover a city marked by the Ebro, by centuries of history and by a very deep cultural identity. Through an interpretive tour, you walk through its historical layout, understanding how the city has grown around the river. The day continues with a gastronomic experience of local produce. Flavours and recipes help you to read the territory from another perspective: a cuisine linked to the land, the river and memory.
The journey opens up to the Delta, a landscape where everything changes pace. Between rice paddies, canals and birds, you discover an environment in which nature and human work are balanced. You look at its biodiversity and understand why rice is so much more than an ingredient: it's landscape and culture. The day culminates with a gastronomic proposal linked to rice, where each dish connects directly with what was experienced during the day.
The last day is dedicated to people, trades and the Renaissance Festival. Through local producers such as Chocolates CREO, he brings one of the most special moments of the trip: tradition, family memory and flavor in an emblematic space of the city. You return home full of memories and having enjoyed the city.
