| Morning | Departure from the place of origin. Transfer to the Ebro Delta. Meeting with the guide at the Ecomuseum of the PNDE. | After breakfast at Hotel Rull, we head to Lo Passador Bridge to enjoy a unique experience. Bus tour around the Encanyissada and Tancada lagoons. We will make stops for birdwatching, pass by Trabucador Beach, and learn more about rice cultivation in the Ebro Delta. | After breakfast at Hotel Rull, we head to La Ràpita to go up to La Guardiola, an excellent viewpoint over the southern part of the Delta. We will continue the route with a boat trip to visit the mussel farms up close, learn about their cultivation, and enjoy a tasting. |

| Afternoon | After lunch, we will enjoy a boat trip along the Ebro River. We will discover the most hidden corners of Buda Island, as well as the impressive grandeur of the Ebro River mouth. After the tour, we can walk to the Zigurat to watch the sunset from the tower. | After lunch, we will enjoy a visit to Kensho Sake, where we will be introduced to rice cultivation in the Ebro Delta. We will learn about the process of making koji, sake, and miso, and finally taste three types of Kenshô sake accompanied by a tasting of misos, tamaris, and amazakes. | After lunch, we return to our place of origin. |
