The town of Arnes is located at the foot of the mountains of Els Ports. It is a town with a beekeeping tradition, as its name means the place where bees deposit their honey “arnes”. This is where high-quality honey has been produced since ancient times, with different flavours and aromas. These bees that wander around in search of the nectar of thousands of wild flowers in the Natural Park of Els Ports also produce wax, an essential material for our candle-making workshop. The workshop is divided into three parts:

A brief introduction and curiosities of the world of bees
Making two handmade candles that each participant will take home.
Tasting of 3 varieties of honey from the area.

We are proud to be able to offer you this workshop where we guarantee that the materials used are local since both the wax and the honey are obtained from the bees of the Ports Natural Park
